Connecting to Workflows

The Budget Workflow Manager requires that you have at least one instance of the Budget Workflow Add-In. You can add an instance of the Budget Workflow Add-In by searching for "Budget Workflow" on the Microsoft Office Store from SharePoint "Site Contents > Add an App". In order to configure and connect the Budget Workflow Manager, copy the address from the Address Bar of your browser when you are viewing your "Budget Workflow" Add-In, and paste it into the prompt after you click the "Connect" button within "Budget Workflow Manager". The Budget Workflow Manager will connect to the workflow and indicate that it has succeeded. You can connect several Budget Workflows. When you have finished connecting the workflows, click the "Summary Report" button (in the main menu) to begin managing your Budget Workflows.
